Why is an in-person quote required for new clients?

Every home and business is different — different square footage, different surfaces, different levels of cleaning needed. An in-person visit lets us give you an honest, accurate quote instead of a ballpark number that might change later. It also gives us a chance to meet you and make sure we're a good fit.

How do I get started?

Fill out our quote request form and tell us a little about your space. We'll reach out to schedule a free in-person visit, walk through your home or office together, and give you a clear quote. No pressure, no obligation.

Are your cleaning products really safe for kids and pets?

Yes — completely. Every formula we use is made from ingredients like white vinegar, baking soda, castile soap, and essential oils. Nothing synthetic, nothing toxic. We'd use them in our own home (and we do).

What does 'homemade' mean exactly?

It means we mix every cleaning solution ourselves from scratch using simple, natural ingredients. We don't buy commercial cleaning products and rebrand them. We know exactly what's in every bottle because we made it.

Do you bring your own supplies?

Yes! We bring everything we need — our homemade cleaning solutions, tools, and equipment. You don't need to provide anything.

How far in advance do I need to book?

We're appointment-only, so availability varies. We recommend reaching out at least a week in advance, especially for first-time clients who need the in-person quote visit first. Reach out early and we'll find something that works.

Do you do one-time cleanings or only recurring service?

Both! We offer one-time deep cleans as well as recurring maintenance schedules (weekly, bi-weekly, or monthly). We'll figure out what makes sense for your space during the quote visit.

Do you clean commercial spaces?

Yes — small offices, studios, salons, and local businesses are welcome. We bring the same natural, non-toxic care to your workspace that we bring to homes. Reach out and we'll talk through what you need.
